The Beolab 18 from Bang & Olufsen is the result of a perfect and authentic sound that has characterised our business since the beginning of 1925. The Beolab 18 is a timeless and iconic speaker due to its exclusive materials and never ending focus on finish.

Inspired by the legendary speaker Beolab 8000, the Beolab 18 pays tribute to this classical speaker and brings with it an extra sound dimension. Respectful for the original design, the designer Torsten Valeurs has construed a stylish interpretation of the iconic Beolab 8000 speaker with a unique and elegant front panel made of maple, oak, walnut and black or white composite material.

The acoustic lens spreads the supreme sound around the room in a horizontal 180-degree curve. The beautiful shaped aluminium lens is emphasised by a subdued green light when the Beolab 18 is turned on.

THE CROWNING GLORY

The sound waves are spread horizontally in a 180-degree angle with the acoustic lens which gives a perfect sound for everybody in the room. The acoustic lens is beautifully shaped in extruded aluminium and it is illuminated by a subtle, green stripe of lights when the Beolab 18 is turned on. An acoustic piece of art which has been carefully manufactured.
