SHIPPING & PICKUP
Once you have ordered and paid for your products on https://bcopenhagen.dk, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with a receipt for your payment, order details and information regarding delivery and track and trace number, providing that you submitted an accurate e-mail address when placing the order. We cannot guarantee that all the ordered goods are available in our inventory at all times – but we will always ship or get products ready for pickup as soon as possible.
BCOPENHAGEN offers free shipping on all orders above 75€ in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
All orders are shipped by UPS and will be delivered during the day – normally within two to three working days* from time the order was placed. You can check the status of your order at any time via the track and trace number you receive in the .
* BCOPENHAGEN can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which is Monday.
RETURN & REPAIR
We hope you are satisfied and happy with your order and Bang & Olufsen product. If for any reason you need to return your order, it’s easy!
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Under the customer legislation, we grant full right of cancellation should you regret your purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions for BCOPENHAGEN. If the returned goods are not substantially in the same condition and quantity as delivered by BCOPENHAGEN, an amount equivalent of the diminished value of the Bang & Olufsen product will be deducted from the payment to be refunded.
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
We can exchange or give you a full refund for the item(s). Opened boxed item(s) may be considered for a refund where the products are left intact in their original packaging i.e. plastic bags that contain the B&O PLAY products.
Refunds are made in the original payment method.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with an order, please contact our Customer Service.
BCOPENHAGEN REPAIR POLICY (WARRANTY SERVICE)
Bang & Olufsen products carry a full warranty for the period specified. Some products carry different warranty periods due to the nature of the product’s design, manufacture or expected use, the warranty applies from the date of purchase by the first customer.
General Terms & Conditions
1. The warranty is valid only when the warranty card is properly completed, and upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, model and serial no.of the product. Bang & Olufsen reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product.
2. Bang & Olufsens obligations are limited to repair of the defect or replacement the defective part or at its discretion replacement of the product itself.
3. Warranty repairs must be carried out by Bang & Olufsen. In order to claim a repair under the warranty, the purchaser is referred to our Return Service to create a ticket, whereupon the product will be picked up by UPS at the address stated in the ticket. When the product is received by Bang & Olufsen the product will be either repaired or if a repair is not possible a new product will be send to the address stated in the ticket. All transport expenses will be paid for by Bang & Olufsen as part of the warranty.
Bang & Olufsen shall not be liable for reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized repair of the product.
4. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Repair or direct replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be full filled with functionally equivalent service exchange units.
5. The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.
