Important information and answers to most things
We are of course available 24/7 on the webshop as well as by phone, email and FaceTime for orders, any questions or guidance during our normal opening hours:

It will still be possible to come by and pick up your web order in the store. You simply select “Pickup at Frederiksberg” during shipment. We will be present in the store at the following hours: Monday – Friday: 10.00-18.00 and Saturday: 10.00-15.00. You just ring the bell and we will come and open.
- It requires that you have ordered and prepaid on bcopenhagen.dk or via email / phone
- Due to Covid19 restrictions, do not contact the store until you have received the email that your order is ready for collection.
We strive to have your order ready no later than 2 hours after ordering within our normal opening hours.
It is only allowed to handle the following at the store:
- Delivery of web orders (prepaid)
- Delivery of finished service cases
Due to the Covid19 restrictions, you may not show up at the store until you have received an email saying that your order or service case is ready for pick up.
What is NOT possible in the store?
- It is not possible to shop in the store.
- It is not possible to purchase accessories or other products for your web order
- It is not possible to submit service cases. This will again be possible from 8 February 2021.
- It is not possible to exchange Christmas presents or anything else. This will be possible from 8 – 20 February 2021.
The store is thus completely closed to all normal functions due to the government’s Covid-19 restrictions. We hope for your understanding!
Returns and submission of service cases can take place from 8 February 2021.

Our installer Peter still drives out with products. We of course comply with the authorities’ recommendations regarding mouthpiece, spraying and distance – ie no physical contact. We also call you in advance and check that it is okay with you that we are coming and that you are healthy and well.
We have extended the deadline for exchanging Christmas gifts, which can be done from February 8th – 20th by presenting the original receipt.
LIVE SHOPPING – Find the right product with video shopping
We repeat the success from last spring, and offer live demonstrations via FaceTime. Here it is possible to get a review of a desired product as well as ask any questions you may have before ordering online at home from the couch. Contact us by phone or email and we will call you via FaceTime.
